Hill-Rom Company Inc. Web sites are produced by Hill-Rom Co., Inc. a wholly owned operating company of Hill-Rom Holdings (NYSE: HRC). The entire contents of the Hill-Rom Co., Inc. Authorized Access
Hill-Rom grants access to authorized representatives of approved Hill-Rom suppliers. By registering and requesting a user id and password, the individual is acknowledging that he or she is authorized by the supplier to use the Hill-Rom Supplier Portal for the convenience and benefit of that supplier. Hill-Rom will make reasonable efforts to verify that registrants are entitled to access the Supplier Portal. In the event an individual who has a user id and password is no longer authorized by the supplier, it is the responsibility of the supplier to notify Hill-Rom of such change and request that the access for that individual be terminated. Hill-Rom will promptly (within one business day) terminate that user's access. In the unlikely event that the access granted by Hill-Rom to a supplier's representative erroneously permits access to the information of any other supplier, the authorized user must immediately notify the Hill-Rom Materials Management Specialist and must refrain from viewing, copying, printing, transmitting, or otherwise using another supplier's information. Failure to do so may result in termination of access privileges to the Hill-Rom Supplier Portal and to potential legal liability.

Electronic Communication Notice
Any communications you send to Hill-Rom Co., Inc. or its subsidiaries or affiliates (Hill-Rom) Web sites by electronic mail are on a non-confidential basis, and Hill-Rom Co., Inc. is under no obligation to refrain from reproducing, publishing, or otherwise using them in any way or for any purpose. Hill-Rom Co., Inc. shall be free to use the content of any such communications, including any ideas, inventions concepts, techniques or know-how disclosed therein, for any purpose including developing, manufacturing and/or marketing goods or services. The sender of any communications to Hill-Rom Co., Inc. Web sites shall be responsible for the content and information contained therein, including its truthfulness and accuracy. In the absence of a written agreement signed by the supplier and Hill-Rom applicable to the purchase of goods and services, the Hill-Rom Terms and Conditions for Materials, Services, or International, as appropriate, shall govern any transaction between the supplier and Hill-Rom using the Supplier Portal. Links to these documents are provided on the Hill-Rom Terms and Conditions page of the Supplier Portal. The Hill-Rom Supplier Portal provides information relevant to both firm orders and non-binding forecasts. Unless Hill-Rom has issued a purchase order with specified delivery dates, information about future expected requirements posted on the Supplier Portal under Supplier Schedule by Hill-Rom constitutes a non-binding forecast and may not be relied on by the supplier as a commitment by Hill-Rom to purchase any specific quantity of goods or services at any specific time. Suppliers using the Hill-Rom Supplier Portal are required to comply with the requirements for shipments including printing and affixing the Hill-Rom specified packing slip. Hill-Rom reserves the right to reject delivery of shipments that do not conform to Hill-Rom delivery requirements.
